This
is the highest soil of the Beaujolais crus, at 400 m (approx.
1 313 feet) above sea level in its granite circle.
Growing
wine in a very steep area of the cru, its relief rugged and
charming, I favour a short maceration at a low temperature
to produce a gourmet wine, elegant and fruity.
Served
at 13°C with pork-butchery, poultry, white meat and shellfish.
